IT & Infrastructure Manager
Location: Lagos
Role Overview
The IT & Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MAX’s technology infrastructure. This role ensures the secure, efficient, and reliable operation of all IT systems, applications, hardware, and software supporting MAX services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all information technology systems and operations
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate IT team members
- Design, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure data security, network access control, and backup systems
- Align IT operations with business needs and organizational policies
- Audit systems, assess performance outcomes, and recommend improvements
- Preserve IT assets, information security, and control structures
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor system performance, productivity, and infrastructure costs
- Provide user support, training, and technical guidance
- Test, modify, and optimize systems for reliability and performance
- Manage secure remote network access
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and competitive solutions
- Develop disaster recovery plans and maintain data backups
- Analyze vulnerabilities and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant IT operations experience
- At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience
- Proven experience leading large IT projects and infrastructure rollouts
- Strong knowledge of systems administration, networks, security, databases, and data storage
- Excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure best practices

Inventory Officer
Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State
Role Overview
The Inventory Officer will manage stock control processes, ensure accurate record-keeping, and oversee warehouse operations to support efficient inventory management at MAX.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, issue, and manage stock levels
- Prepare and maintain inventory records using computerized systems
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
- Identify and remove surplus or obsolete stock
- Maintain accurate records of receipts and stock issuance
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and ensure zero discrepancies
- Supervise proper stacking and storage of goods
- Conduct regular stock-taking exercises
- Oversee offloading, arrangement, and identification of inventory items
- Ensure correct valuation of inventory
- Update the city inventory management database
- Safeguard asset spare keys
- Retrieve trackers based on approved store requisition forms
- Inspect received items and enforce quality standards
- Ensure bin cards for each SKU are updated
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of inventory control principles
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Role Overview
The Battery Swap Station Attendant will oversee daily operations at the electric motorcycle battery swap station. This role supports riders, manages battery charging operations, and ensures safe and efficient station performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily battery swap operations
- Assist riders during battery exchange processes
- Monitor battery charging, maintenance, and functionality
- Coordinate proper parking of motorcycles at the end of each day
- Manage overnight battery charging for next-day use

- Enforce safety standards and operational guidelines
- Identify and report operational issues
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification

- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to handle batteries and perform light maintenance
