The company is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Royco brand to join its dynamic Marketing team in Lagos. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals passionate about brand growth, consumer engagement, and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Business Management
- Drive value and volume-led growth for the Royco brand through innovation and campaigns aligned with category growth principles
- Manage the end-to-end P&L for the brand, including S&OP oversight and budget (BMI) control
- Identify incremental growth opportunities while managing existing core business
- Lead new pack size/format introductions and other customer/NRM/SC requests
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute inspiring brand communications in partnership with creative agencies
- Lead the Integrated Brand Planning (IBP) process annually
- Manage digital strategy and electronic communications for the brand
- Ensure campaigns are impactful, data-driven, and measurable
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Market Insights, R&D, Finance, and Global/Local teams
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support brand execution
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in experiential or digital-first marketing, ideally in brand activations
- Proven track record in shopper journey optimization and delivering measurable brand impact
- Strong project management experience handling budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
- Confidence in digital marketing channels, tactics, and amplification strategies
- Demonstrated success in innovation execution and delivering impactful brand experiences

Qualifications
- Degree: Science or Engineering degree required
- Additional Qualification: Masters in Occupational Health and Safety, NEBOSH Diploma, or IGC is a plus
- Experience in the EP industry, with at least 7 years in a project SE role
- Broad experience in SE risk aspects, HSSE management, auditing, and environmental compliance
