Role Overview

ChainGPT is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Business Development team. This fully remote role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential prospects across the Web3, AI, and crypto ecosystem.

This position is ideal for a proactive, research-driven professional who understands crypto markets and enjoys outbound engagement in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential Web3, AI, and crypto projects
• Qualify prospects across DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, wallets, and L1/L2 ecosystems
• Execute outbound outreach via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X (Twitter)
• Use CRM systems, AI automation, and data enrichment tools to streamline prospecting
• Conduct discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the Business Development team
• Track pipeline activity, engagement metrics, and conversion performance
• Share market insights and feedback to support growth strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales roles
• Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, and AI ecosystems
• Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure
• Experience using CRM platforms, outreach tools, and automation software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
