Phantom is now hiring a Junior Developer Support Specialist to help developers successfully integrate Phantom’s SDKs and APIs while delivering an exceptional support experience.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as first-line technical support for developers via chat and email
• Investigate issues, reproduce bugs, and escalate with clear reproduction steps
• Help developers resolve SDK and API integration challenges efficiently
• Contribute to improving developer documentation
• Support training and improvement of Phantom’s AI-powered support chatbot

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript (web or mobile)
• Solid understanding of Web3 fundamentals (wallets, transactions, RPCs)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Clear, friendly, and professional written communication
• Comfort using AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
