Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Disassemble, assemble, and maintain rotating and static equipment, compressors, and turbines
• Perform alignment, vibration analysis, and balancing
• Maintain solar turbines and Caterpillar engines (D3406, D3512, D3516)
• Work on Sulzer pumps, Flender gear systems, and Atlas Copco air compressors
• Carry out valve maintenance, flange management, and leak detection
• Conduct pump fluid-end inspections and driver or gear alignments
• Perform equipment condition monitoring and mechanical system maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out failure analysis
• Prepare technical and failure analysis reports
