Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory
• Automate repetitive IT tasks through scripting and workflow optimization
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network issues
• Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with IT policies
• Train users and develop technical documentation and knowledge base materials
• Support IT projects, system rollouts, and infrastructure migrations
• Liaise with third-party vendors for IT support and procurement

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile platforms
• Practical experience managing Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or ITIL Foundation
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT support experience
• Experience supporting corporate environments with over 100 users
• Proven ability to independently resolve escalated technical issues
