Job Description

The IT Support Intern will manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, tools, and systems while providing technical support to staff.

Responsibilities

• Routine system updates & maintenance
• Creating SOP documentation
• Installing & managing productivity software
• Managing Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 users
• Overseeing office internet & liaising with ISPs
• Supporting software solution design
• Managing IT assets & repairs
• Onboarding new staff
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Monitoring servers & web services
• Testing/deploying hardware & software

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of server vulnerabilities
• Understanding of software technical requirements
• Good communication & teamwork
• Highly organized, detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving mindset
