Issue Resolution Officer – Lagos (Remote)

Role Overview:
The Issue Resolution Officer serves as the first point of contact for Moniepoint customers, ensuring issues are resolved quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves analysing customer requests, providing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide valuable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer support requests
  • Collaborate with product teams to reduce recurring issues
  • Guide customers on product usage and encourage self-sufficiency
  • Collect feedback on product features and customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in fintech or high-growth software companies
  • Knowledge of card disputes and banking processes is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, communication, and customer empathy skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Inventory Support Officer – Abuja – Moniepoint

Role Overview:
The Inventory Support Officer ensures smooth inventory operations within the POS channels, maintaining accurate records and supporting hardware allocation. The role includes operational and administrative support, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for hardware devices
  • Allocate devices to stakeholders efficiently
  • Conduct regular audits and reconcile stock discrepancies
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Identify process improvements in inventory management
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding stock availability

Qualifications:

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in inventory management or similar roles
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Role Overview:
The Hardware Engineer designs, develops, and supports Moniepoint’s hardware systems, including PCBs and diagnostic tools. The role involves rapid prototyping, debugging, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop PCBs using tools such as Proteus and Eagle
  • Debug and troubleshoot hardware issues using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
  • Maintain technical documentation and user manuals
  • Support field engineers with continuous training
  • Collaborate with software and product teams to ensure smooth integration of hardware solutions

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. or HND in Electrical/Electronics or related engineering field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with agency banking is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently
