Position Overview
The Human Resource Manager will oversee recruitment, workforce planning, policy development, and compliance across multiple campuses. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of HR best practices within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with institutional growth and academic objectives
- Standardize HR policies, procedures, and systems across all campuses
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent forecasting initiatives
- Advise senior leadership on organizational structure and staffing models
- Ensure HR operations support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Oversee full recruitment cycle for academic, administrative, and support staff
- Develop hiring plans based on enrollment projections and budget considerations
- Ensure proper background checks, credential verification, and safeguarding compliance
- Build sustainable talent pipelines for teachers, administrators, and leadership roles
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job platforms
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in human resource management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance standards
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple units or campuses is an advantage
