Role Overview:

The HR Manager will shape and implement the company’s human capital strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and Learning & Development (L&D). This is a strategic leadership role with a direct impact on employee growth and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute human capital strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Design and implement Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Oversee performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Utilize HRIS systems and data analytics tools for informed decision-making.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee relations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Recognized HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPM, or CIPD are highly desirable.
  • 8–10+ years of strategic HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership or managerial roles, including significant L&D involvement.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement impactful L&D programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations, and labor regulations.
  • Experience with modern learning technologies, HRIS, and HR data analytics.
