Role Overview:
The HR Manager will shape and implement the company’s human capital strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and Learning & Development (L&D). This is a strategic leadership role with a direct impact on employee growth and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute human capital strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Design and implement Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Utilize HRIS systems and data analytics tools for informed decision-making.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee relations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Recognized HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPM, or CIPD are highly desirable.
- 8–10+ years of strategic HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership or managerial roles, including significant L&D involvement.
- Proven ability to develop and implement impactful L&D programs.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations, and labor regulations.
- Experience with modern learning technologies, HRIS, and HR data analytics.
