As part of its continued growth, Fort Knox Outsourcing is hiring an experienced HR & Admin Manager at Fort Knox Outsourcing to oversee human resources, industrial relations, and administrative operations at its Ikoyi, Lagos office.
About the HR & Admin Manager Role
The HR & Admin Manager at Fort Knox Outsourcing will play a key leadership role in managing people, policies, and administrative systems. This position requires strong experience in unionized environments, deep knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage employee relations including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Maintain industrial harmony within a unionized workforce
• Handle collective bargaining agreements and union negotiations in line with labor regulations
Administrative Management
• Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business activities
• Manage office facilities, assets, logistics, and general administration
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective support services across the organization
Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and relevant industry regulations
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee documentation, and statutory files
• Prepare and present regular HR reports and workforce metrics to management
Strategic Support
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Implement HR best practices to improve productivity, employee retention, and satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as an HR & Admin Manager at Fort Knox Outsourcing, candidates should meet the following criteria:
• Minimum of eight years of professional HR experience in construction or a related industry
• At least five years of hands on experience managing industrial relations in a unionized environment
• Strong background in human resources and administrative management
• In depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
