DIA is hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to help grow and shape its online presence across the decentralized finance ecosystem. This role is ideal for a creative, fast-moving marketer who understands crypto culture, knows how to make content resonate, and enjoys being part of the conversation in Web3.

DIA builds oracle infrastructure for DeFi, providing the price feeds that power lending protocols, stablecoins, perpetuals, vaults, and other decentralized financial products. Accurate and transparent data is critical to how DeFi works, and DIA plays a key role in making that possible.

Founded in 2018, DIA launched its mainnet in 2020 and has since grown into a trusted oracle provider serving over 250 decentralized applications across more than 60 blockchains. The company is now entering its next phase of growth, focused on supporting and securing some of the largest DeFi protocols with billions of dollars in total value locked.

DIA is looking for someone who can help amplify this momentum and make sure the ecosystem hears about it.

Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Associate at DIA, you will be the voice and personality of the brand online. You will take solid updates, announcements, and ideas and turn them into content that captures attention, drives engagement, and builds long-term visibility.

You will work closely with a small marketing team, take ownership of key channels, and contribute directly to how DIA shows up across the DeFi and crypto community.

Job Details

• Job Title: Growth Marketing Associate
• Location: Remote (global role, CEST-friendly timezone preferred)
• Experience Level: 1 to 3 years
• Compensation: $2,500 to $4,000 per month (gross), plus token compensation depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing DIA’s social media presence on X (Twitter), Telegram, and LinkedIn
• Creating engaging content from product announcements, partnerships, and ecosystem updates
• Developing threads, hooks, and content formats that increase reach and engagement
• Actively engaging with the DeFi community through replies, discussions, and direct messages
• Building and maintaining relationships with partners, ecosystem projects, KOLs, and community members
• Identifying trends and timely opportunities within crypto and DeFi and acting on them quickly
• Experimenting with new content formats, posting strategies, and growth tactics
• Tracking performance metrics and iterating based on what works

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates who are a strong fit for this role typically have:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
• Strong writing and copywriting skills, especially for social platforms
• A deep interest in DeFi, crypto, and blockchain technology
• Practical understanding of what oracles are and why they matter in DeFi
• Comfort working with technical, developer-focused products
• Ability to adapt writing style to different brand and founder voices
• A proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to move fast
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, platforms, and workflows

Bonus Skills

While not required, the following will be considered an advantage:

• A personal social media account with meaningful engagement or growth history
• Previous experience growing any social account, regardless of size or platform
• Basic design skills using tools such as Figma or Canva
• Video editing experience using tools like CapCut, veed.io, Final Cut, or After Effects
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Framer, or Webflow
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Asana, or Linear
