About the Role

We’re seeking a Growth Lead to own and scale our free-to-paid conversion strategy. In this role, you will design, test, and optimize the full customer journey—from first interaction to long-term retention—working closely with Product and Engineering to drive sustainable revenue growth.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a growth marketer who thrives on experimentation, analytics, and turning user behavior into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute free-to-paid subscription conversion strategies
• Analyze user behavior and optimize funnels using A/B testing and experimentation
• Design and manage email, in-app, and lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experience
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on conversion efficiency
• Track, analyze, and report growth KPIs and insights to leadership
• Build and optimize segmentation and referral programs to maximize customer activation and retention

Requirements

• Proven experience improving SaaS free-to-paid conversion rates
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive action
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and conversion-focused copywriting skills
• Experience in SaaS or B2B growth marketing (strongly preferred)
