Job Summary
The Business Developer and Event Manager will be responsible for increasing product sales, expanding distribution channels, and planning promotional events that strengthen brand visibility. The role combines business development, partnership building, and hands on event execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new retail, corporate, and hospitality clients
• Develop sales and distribution strategies for liquor and wine products
• Build and maintain relationships with bars, lounges, restaurants, and distributors
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and supply agreements
• Plan and execute wine tastings, product launches, promotions, and brand activations
• Coordinate venues, vendors, logistics, and event timelines
• Support social media promotions and in store marketing activities
• Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Ensure excellent customer experience before, during, and after events

Requirements
