Eligibility Requirements

Applicants for the Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 must meet the following criteria:

1. Must be a Nigerian citizen
2. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
3. Minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit for HND holders
4. Must have completed NYSC or be within three years post NYSC
5. Not more than 25 years of age
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
7. Clear leadership potential and willingness to learn
8. Genuine interest in the energy or natural gas sector
