About the Graduate Trainee Program
The ofi Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-month experiential development journey that combines real business exposure, cross-functional learning, and leadership development.
Program Structure:
- First 4 Months: Rotational placements across the full value chain, offering exposure to multiple business functions and building a strong understanding of ofi’s operations
- Project Phase: Opportunity to lead two high-impact business projects
- Post-Program: Successful participants may transition into a front-line supervisory role

Who We’re Looking For
ofi is seeking curious, driven, and purpose-led graduates who are passionate about sustainability and creating positive change.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree from a recognized institution
- Academic background in Social Sciences, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Food Science, or related disciplines
- Completion of NYSC
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interest in sustainability, corporate responsibility, and impact-driven work
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
