Role Overview:

AB Microfinance Bank is inviting applications for its Graduate Trainee Program. Selected candidates will work as Trainee Client Advisers, gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, banking operations, and financial product promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information on banking products and services.
• Actively promote and sell banking products in markets and client interactions.
• Assist clients with account opening and all related banking operations.
• Mobilize deposits by cross-selling financial products and explaining their benefits.
• Process loan disbursements and support clients throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and marketing competency, with the ability to promote financial products effectively.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in basic office applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
