Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month

IHMS is inviting fresh Nursing graduates to join its Graduate Nursing Trainee Program. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience across Customer Support, Providers Management, and Claims Department operations, building a strong foundation in healthcare administration and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Customer Support team with patient inquiries and ensure timely resolution of healthcare service issues.
• Support the Providers Management team by coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to maintain smooth service delivery.
• Work with the Claims Department to review and process medical claims in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, provider communications, and claims processing.
• Participate in structured training sessions to develop professional, technical, and administrative skills.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and internal company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Completion of or awaiting Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensing.
• Strong passion for healthcare services and administration.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
