Position: Graduate Intern – Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant

As a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant Intern, you will support project teams in delivering high-quality solutions to clients while developing critical consulting skills in problem solving, analytics, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project leadership to define project scope and develop effective approaches
  • Execute project tasks, organize data, and coordinate team meetings to ensure progress
  • Conduct issue analysis and formulate hypotheses on key client challenges
  • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative analyses to test and evaluate hypotheses
  • Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to innovation and thought leadership within projects and practice areas
  • Participate in business development initiatives and internal firm activities
  • Coach and support junior team members where applicable

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently in the first year of an MBA program
  • Bachelor’s (and often graduate) degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical/life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of pre-MBA work experience
  • High motivation, maturity, and personal initiative
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with senior decision makers
  • Detail-oriented with a quality-focused mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creativity and innovation
  • Client-focused and service oriented
