We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (PHP Laravel + ReactJS) to join our growing team and contribute to building, maintaining, and scaling our property management platform.

About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer, you will work across backend APIs and frontend interfaces, delivering features that directly impact landlords, property managers, and tenants. This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be based in Nigeria.

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Laravel)

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Laravel
• Manage databases including MySQL or PostgreSQL, migrations, and Eloquent ORM
• Implement authentication, roles, and permissions
• Optimize performance, security, and application scalability

Frontend Development (React)

• Build responsive, modern user interfaces with React
• Consume APIs and manage application state effectively
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure clean and intuitive UX

General Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning
• Debug, improve, and refactor existing features

Requirements

• Proven experience with Laravel in API-driven applications
• Strong experience with React, including hooks, components, and routing
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks
• TypeScript knowledge
• Experience building SaaS products
• Familiarity with property management or fintech systems
