As we scale our technology across Trade Lenda, One Kiosk, and subsidiary platforms, we are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to strengthen our engineering team.

Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining core systems that power Trade Lenda’s financial products. You will work closely with the CTO and engineering team to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

This role involves backend-focused development with strong frontend collaboration, as well as technical leadership responsibilities including mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend application components using Go (Golang) and JavaScript
• Support the CTO in providing technical direction and guidance to the development team
• Contribute to system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks for product development
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders
• Develop and execute testing strategies in collaboration with quality assurance teams
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and production issues
• Participate in on-call rotations to support critical production systems
• Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration
• Prepare technical reports and conduct development tests as required
• Stay updated on market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies
• Provide input to tech leadership on system improvements and innovation opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience in full stack or backend development
• Strong proficiency in Golang (Go) and JavaScript
• Experience building scalable APIs and backend systems
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and best coding practices
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
