We are seeking a professional and well-organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our firm. You will manage front office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily activities.

Location: Lagos
Work Mode: Onsite
Salary: ₦200,000/month
Experience: 1–2 years (administrative support experience is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and staff professionally
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain visitor logs and meeting room schedules
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to internal teams
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional appearance and attitude
