About the Front Desk Officer Role

The Front Desk Officer at Nuvelle Consulting will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Officer at Nuvelle Consulting, your duties will include:

• Welcoming and attending to clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence
• Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing appointments
• Supporting internal meetings and assisting with office events and logistics
• Providing day to day administrative and clerical support to office staff
• Ensuring the reception and front desk area remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for the Front Desk Officer position at Nuvelle Consulting, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• Two to three years of relevant experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong email etiquette
• Proven customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Previous experience with calendar management and event coordination is an added advantage
