Job Overview
DreamCity is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role requires a confident professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The position functions as a strategic support partner to the CEO and demands a strong background in C-suite support, operational coordination, and executive-level communications. The ideal candidate must be willing to work extended hours—including weekends and holidays—when required, with full compensation for additional time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative and logistical support to the CEO, including managing a dynamic calendar, prioritizing requests, and resolving schedule conflicts.
- Serve as a liaison for business development activities: prepare pitch decks, conduct preliminary market or partner research, and assist in developing proposals.
- Improve workflow, operational processes, and executive office productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders such as board members, investors, partners, and regulatory institutions.
- Draft, edit, and manage confidential correspondence, presentations, reports, and official communications.
- Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Support planning and execution of corporate events as needed.
- Track key projects and initiatives led by the CEO to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare briefing materials and papers for CEO presentation or review.
- Arrange complex national and international travel itineraries on short notice, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience directly supporting a C-suite executive (CEO, MD, COO, Chairman, etc.).
- Proven experience in real estate development/construction, finance & investment, or hospitality is required.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in business development support and operational optimization.
- Strong background in engaging senior executives, high-level stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
- Recommended age range: 35–45 years.
