Executive Assistant Job in Lekki Phase 1

The Executive Assistant Job in Lekki Phase 1 is designed for a highly organized and proactive individual who can work directly with the CEO. The successful candidate will handle communication, planning, documentation, and executive level administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s office and company operations.

Salary: N200,000 to N250,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and staff, clients, and partners
• Support the CEO in developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic plans
• Represent the CEO at meetings and follow up on key actions and reports
• Ensure timely follow up on reports from departments and business units
• Research and prepare speeches, presentations, and business documents for the CEO
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all correspondence
• Arrange local and international travel plans for the CEO
• Provide technical and administrative support for revenue and business plans
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Coordinate meeting logistics, gather documents, and prepare reports
• Take accurate minutes during meetings and maintain official records
• Review, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and executive information
