Role Summary
The ERP Data Entry Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data entry into the company’s ERP system. The role supports data integrity, operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness within a trading and logistics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Data Entry & Transactions
- Enter sales invoices, receipts, and credit notes
- Record purchase orders, vendor bills, and supplier payments
- Capture GRNs, stock issues, transfers, and inventory adjustments
- Enter expenses, service entries, and fixed asset records
- Attach invoices, waybills, delivery notes, and GRNs to ERP records
Inventory & Operations Support
- Maintain accurate stock records for tyres, tubes, rims, and accessories
- Update item master data (item codes, pricing, warehouses, locations)
- Support stock counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Data Accuracy & Control
- Verify source documents for completeness and correctness
- Cross-check ERP entries and correct discrepancies
- Escalate missing approvals or abnormal transactions
Finance & Compliance Support
- Assist with VAT and WHT classification
- Ensure correct ledger and cost center postings
- Maintain ERP records for audit and regulatory compliance
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate ERP reports for sales, purchases, inventory, and expenses
- Maintain electronic and physical records
- Support internal and external audits
Process Discipline & Improvement
- Follow ERP SOPs and workflows
- Report system errors and access limitations
- Suggest process and efficiency improvements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of ERP entries
- Timeliness of postings
- Stock and ledger reconciliation accuracy
- Compliance with ERP workflows
- Audit readiness and data availability
Requirements
Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in ERP data entry, accounting, inventory, or operations support
- Hands-on ERP experience (mandatory)
Additional Requirements
- Basic understanding of VAT and WHT
- Willingness to work Saturdays

Work Schedule & Benefits
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

- Salary: ₦150,000 monthly
