As a Direct Sales Agent, you’ll drive Kuda’s growth by acquiring new customers, building relationships, and promoting the bank’s products—while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Market Kuda’s financial products (personal/business banking, loans, POS)
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Negotiate pricing and sales terms
  • Conduct product demos and client presentations
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements
  • Educate customers on digital banking solutions
  • Maintain sales records in CRM
  • Participate in roadshows and community events
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams
  • Support clients with onboarding and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/HND in Marketing, Business Admin, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in sales or customer service (banking preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time-management abilities
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Familiarity with digital banking tools
