Job Description
Black Pelican Group is seeking a Digital Sales and Customer Success Specialist to drive revenue growth, promote Technogym’s digital wellness solutions, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
This role blends digital sales, pre-sales support, product training, and customer success management, ensuring clients achieve maximum value while supporting long-term business growth.

Role Overview
As a Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and customers to grow adoption of digital wellness products, support product launches, and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability goals
- Support pre-sales and sales activities, including product demonstrations and training
- Plan and deliver seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote Technogym’s digital solutions
- Onboard, train, and guide customers to ensure successful product adoption
- Develop case studies and best-practice materials highlighting customer success
- Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Monitor competitor pricing, product features, and market trends, sharing insights with headquarters
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design market-specific solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement initiatives
- Manage discount structures while protecting profitability
- Support product launches, promotions, and other commercial initiatives
- Uphold Technogym’s cultural values, governance standards, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital sales, customer success, or account management
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Interest in wellness, fitness technology, and digital innovation is an added advantage
