Black Pelican Group is seeking a Digital Sales and Customer Success Specialist to drive revenue growth, promote Technogym’s digital wellness solutions, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This role blends digital sales, pre-sales support, product training, and customer success management, ensuring clients achieve maximum value while supporting long-term business growth.

Role Overview

As a Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and customers to grow adoption of digital wellness products, support product launches, and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability goals
  • Support pre-sales and sales activities, including product demonstrations and training
  • Plan and deliver seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote Technogym’s digital solutions
  • Onboard, train, and guide customers to ensure successful product adoption
  • Develop case studies and best-practice materials highlighting customer success
  • Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product features, and market trends, sharing insights with headquarters
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design market-specific solutions
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement initiatives
  • Manage discount structures while protecting profitability
  • Support product launches, promotions, and other commercial initiatives
  • Uphold Technogym’s cultural values, governance standards, and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital sales, customer success, or account management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Interest in wellness, fitness technology, and digital innovation is an added advantage
