Job Summary
You will lead the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies to expand brand visibility, increase revenue, and strengthen customer engagement across online channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Maybrands products and services.
- Manage all email campaigns, social media platforms, events, and creative content according to the marketing calendar.
- Oversee online customer acquisition and retention—SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, graphics, and social campaigns.
- Evaluate digital performance trends and recommend improvements to increase revenue and brand awareness.
- Create and manage email newsletters, grow subscriber lists, and optimize campaigns through testing.
- Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze and evaluate online initiatives such as promotions, events, and SEO activities.
- Collaborate with web developers to adjust website content when necessary.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO and discover new growth opportunities.
- Provide SEO recommendations for website structure and content optimization.
- Support the creation of marketing content for social media and digital storytelling.
- Stay updated on emerging online marketing trends and tools.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years post-NYSC digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, content strategy, and digital tools.
- Creativity, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
