About the Customer Support Specialist Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Coinbase, you will be responsible for providing high quality, end to end support to customers using Coinbase products. This role focuses on resolving complex issues, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring a smooth experience across Coinbase’s growing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
• Deliver best in class customer support through timely and effective issue resolution
• Work closely with internal teams to quickly address and resolve customer concerns
• Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify root causes and improve processes
• Build strong knowledge of Coinbase products and the broader crypto and Web3 ecosystem
• Support regional initiatives and cross functional projects as needed
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal Customer Support Specialist at Coinbase will have:
• At least two years of experience in customer support or customer service roles supporting high value clients
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3 concepts
• Strong communication skills with a customer first mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high growth environment
• A problem solving approach and attention to detail
Location and Salary
• Location: Remote worldwide
• Salary: $72,700 per year
