As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Customer Success Representative with strong technical skills and hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to support and grow our merchant community.

Role Overview

The Customer Success Representative will serve as a key point of contact for Subbly merchants, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and education around Subbly’s AI Website Builder and subscription tools. This role blends customer support, AI tooling, and eCommerce expertise to help merchants build, optimize, and scale successful subscription businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, email, Zoom, and community platforms
• Work directly within Subbly’s AI Website Builder to troubleshoot and improve site builds
• Guide merchants on AI usage, prompt optimization, and best practices
• Resolve billing, product, and technical issues; escalate complex cases when necessary
• Create and maintain help documentation, tutorials, and merchant communications
• Share customer insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform performance

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SaaS customer success, customer support, or technical support
• Daily, hands-on experience using AI tools and AI-powered website builders
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and subscription-based platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working flexible schedules across multiple U.S. time zones
