Customer Interaction
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Answer customer questions, provide information, and resolve issues with first-call resolution focus
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone at all times
Qualifications and Requirements
- Clear and articulate verbal communication skills
- Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Maximum age: 35 years
- Minimum 6 months of prior experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Ability to compose clear and professional written responses
