Crave City Mega Limited is one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands, known for serving quality meals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As we expand across Lagos, we are seeking ambitious graduates to join our Management Trainee Program and build rewarding careers in QSR operations and leadership.

About the Role

The Management Trainee will go through a structured rotational program covering all major aspects of QSR operations—including kitchen management, customer service, inventory, cash handling, and outlet coordination.
Top performers will be prepared for supervisory and managerial roles within Crave City’s growing network.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional training across all QSR departments
• Assist outlet managers with day-to-day restaurant operations
• Learn and uphold Crave City’s food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Support customer service, staff supervision, and service quality monitoring
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Contribute to inventory management, stock taking, and cost control
• Prepare daily reports and operational documentation
• Provide input on improving service delivery and outlet performance
• Carry out additional tasks assigned during the program

Requirements

• Fresh graduates who have completed NYSC (mandatory)
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Food Science, or related fields (added advantage)
• Strong interest in the QSR/food service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
