Job Description
Hex Trust, a fully licensed institutional digital asset custodian, is recruiting an Operations Analyst to support daily operations, data analysis, and cross-team coordination. This role is fully remote, contract-based, and open to candidates worldwide.
The Operations Analyst will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, improve workflows, and provide insights that support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational and product data to inform decision-making
Coordinate communication between teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
Support process improvement initiatives and prepare operational reports
Assist with product workflows, system mapping, and performance analysis
