About the Future Talent Programme

The Future Talent Programme is a structured trainee programme within Tetra Pak that offers a permanent position starting in September 2026.

You will take part in an individually designed 18-month development programme, tailored to a specific role and integrated into the wider Tetra Pak organization.

Throughout the programme, you will participate in formal training sessions and job rotations across various functions, giving you the opportunity to explore your strengths, grow professionally, and gain a deep understanding of our global business.

Although you will be based in Lagos, Nigeria, you will work in a global environment and collaborate with colleagues across different regions of the world.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and SAP records, ensuring high levels of data accuracy
  • Track business development performance using Power BI and advanced Excel, including KPI monitoring and dashboard creation
  • Prepare reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to close gaps in tools, processes, and execution
  • Work closely with the marketing team to analyze the market landscape and identify new business opportunities
  • Support lead generation and post-lead activities to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Conduct desktop research and collaborate with Field Sales Executives to gather local market intelligence
  • Monitor performance and ensure all activities align with business objectives and KPIs

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in business development, analytics, or a related role (internship experience is acceptable)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, Power BI, and strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
