Role Description

The Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounts will:

  • Manage daily financial and accounting operations
  • Oversee accounting processes and financial controls
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operations
  • Contribute to sales support, customer satisfaction, and team management initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting practices
  • Ability to prepare and manage financial reports and budgets
  • Experience with team leadership or supervision
  • Customer service and sales support skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with financial software/tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (CPA, ACCA, etc.) are an added advantage
