Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and utilities, placing orders as required
  • Manage electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering calls and welcoming visitors
  • Schedule meetings, in-house activities, and external events
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Inventory & Asset Management

  • Coordinate with procurement teams to replenish office and operational supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and conduct regular stock counts
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, verifying quantity and quality
  • Perform routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient storage and distribution
  • Maintain records for office equipment and company vehicles

Facilities & Compliance

  • Coordinate repairs, cleaning, and routine maintenance of office facilities
  • Supervise and liaise with service providers (cleaners, electricians, plumbers, security, drivers, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND, HND, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or related role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage
