Job Overview
As an Account Executive at Halborn, you will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and deal creation to contract negotiation and account expansion. You will engage directly with senior decision-makers, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-value security solutions to clients across Web3 and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including opportunity generation, negotiation, and contract execution
- Conduct consultative, value-driven meetings with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue growth and long-term partnerships
- Perform deep discovery to understand client needs and align them with Halborn’s security solutions
- Negotiate balanced deal terms for new business, renewals, and expansions
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data, and CRM records using HubSpot
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage complex and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Secure and manage legal documentation such as MSAs and strategic agreements
- Support account penetration, customer retention, and balanced sales growth
- Manage customer relationships by addressing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Represent Halborn at industry events, seminars, and trade shows to build brand awareness and pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of proven success in closing new business within the technology sector
- Strong exposure to Web3, blockchain, fintech, or emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales quotas
- Experience selling technology services to blockchain, crypto, or cybersecurity clients is preferred
- Strong executive presence with confidence engaging senior leaders and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and in-person settings
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams toward shared goals
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
- High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Availability to travel up to 40% as required
