Sales Administrator

Role Overview

The Sales Administrator serves as the primary customer contact for Alternative Fuels & Raw Materials (AFR). This role supports the sales team by coordinating administrative and marketing activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate sales and logistical records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AFR Sales & Marketing administration including master data (customers, vendors, materials)
  • Prepare sales offers, contracts, and documentation for approval
  • Upload AFR forecast data into ERP systems
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
  • Reconcile delivered freights with ERP and supporting documents
  • Prepare monthly and periodic sales reports

Role Overview

Role Overview
