Role Overview
The Sales Administrator serves as the primary customer contact for Alternative Fuels & Raw Materials (AFR). This role supports the sales team by coordinating administrative and marketing activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate sales and logistical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AFR Sales & Marketing administration including master data (customers, vendors, materials)
- Prepare sales offers, contracts, and documentation for approval
- Upload AFR forecast data into ERP systems
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
- Reconcile delivered freights with ERP and supporting documents
- Prepare monthly and periodic sales reports
- Support Geocycle commercial team to meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, or Science
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ERP/SAP environments
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP is mandatory
- Experience in sales administration or support roles
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Lafarge HSE standards
- Conduct daily plant inspections and quality checks

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety:
- Enforce Lafarge HSE standards and conduct regular VPC assessments
- Lead site improvement plans and incident investigations
- Ensure proper use of PPE and plant safety compliance
Operations & Inventory Management:
- Maintain and update inventory for raw materials, spares, and cement
- Coordinate inspections of customer sites and resolve operational queries
- Monitor plant production, downtime, and maintenance schedules
- Liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintenance Activities:
- Organize weekly maintenance meetings and track pending work orders
- Ensure critical spares are available and properly stored
People Management:
- Conduct performance appraisals and training for direct reports

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
