Collection Team Leader

• Location: Abule-Egba, Jankara Ijaiye, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦180,000 Monthly

Role Overview:
The Collection Team Leader will supervise and coordinate the activities of our recovery team, ensuring targets are met and recovery operations are optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide recovery team members on effective collection strategies
• Set performance goals and monitor team progress
• Handle escalated cases and resolve conflicts within the team
• Analyze data and performance metrics to improve recovery efficiency
• Report team performance to management
• Develop strategies to optimize recovery processes and maintain compliance
• Ensure all recovery activities adhere to ethical and legal standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• HND or B.Sc. degree in any relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in debt collection, finance, or team leadership
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Recruitment Specialist

• Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦120,000 Monthly

Role Overview:
The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that Comatrix Collection attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create job postings and advertise openings on multiple platforms
• Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job fairs, and networking events
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with onboarding processes, including orientation and integration

Qualifications & Requirements:

• HND or B.Sc. degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR functions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Loan Collection Officer

• Location: Abule-Egba, Jankara Ijaiye, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦120,000 Monthly

Role Overview:
The Loan Collection Officer will be responsible for contacting customers, guiding them through repayment processes, and ensuring timely collection of overdue loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls and send messages to customers regarding outstanding debts
• Guide customers through the payment process
• Persuade reluctant customers to make payments promptly
• Meet weekly and monthly collection targets
• Maintain accurate reports of collection activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualification (HND, B.Sc., or equivalent)
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, finance, or collections
• Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
