Eligibility Requirements for the Schneider Electric Young Industry Leaders Scholarship
To be considered for the Schneider Electric Young Industry Leaders Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Successful completion of the selection process for one of the eligible Master’s programs
Strong academic background in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, sustainability, or related fields
A minimum of one year of relevant postgraduate work experience, with preference for experience in sales, project management, business development, or service roles
Good German language skills at the time of application, at least B1 or B2 level, with a willingness to improve further
Flexibility and readiness to work in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland after graduation, particularly in customer facing or service oriented roles
Strong interest in sustainability and a digital first mindset
Analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, community focus, and alignment with Schneider Electric’s IMPACT values
