Scholarship Award and Renewal

The Sani Bello Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship 2026 is awarded on a yearly basis. Existing beneficiaries can have their scholarship renewed annually until graduation, provided they maintain the required minimum CGPA.

Eligibility Criteria for the Sani Bello Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship 2026

Applicants must meet all of the following conditions to be considered:

• Must be a full time undergraduate student in a recognized public tertiary institution in Nigeria
• Students of private institutions or foreign institutions are not eligible
• Must be in second year of study at the time of application
• Must have at least five credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings
• Must have a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0
• Civil servants are not eligible to apply
• Must be an indigene of Zone C, Niger State, through origin, birth, or having parents or guardians who have resided in Kontagora for fifteen years or more

Required Documents

Applicants for the Sani Bello Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship 2026 must possess original copies of the following documents:

• Birth certificate or Declaration of Age
• Local Government Indigene Letter
• O level result
• Secondary school testimonial
• Academic transcript or official result statement showing previous session CGPA, duly signed and stamped

• School identity card printout or other valid school identification
• Photocopy of departmental course registration forms
