Available Graduate Trainee Roles & Requirements

1. Accountant – Graduate Management Trainee

Applicants must:

• Be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA) or currently in view
• Have 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (FMCG, manufacturing, or retail preferred)
• Possess strong knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles
• Be proficient in Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrate strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Show excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Display high levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability

2. Six Sigma Facilitator – Graduate Management Trainee

Applicants must:

• Hold a First Class Honours degree only
• Have 0–5 years of work experience
• Be not more than 30 years old
• Hold a B.Eng or B.Sc in any of the following disciplines:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Food Technology
  • Chemistry
  • Biochemistry
  • Statistics
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Biotechnology
  • Computer Science

• Have completed NYSC (discharge certificate required)
• Be willing to work in any Dufil Prima Foods location nationwide
• Be computer-literate with an innovative and analytical mindset
