The Delta State Government, through the Ministry of Youth Development, is inviting applications from eligible students for the 2026 Delta State Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme (TEP) 2.0. This initiative is designed to identify and support undergraduates with strong entrepreneurial potential by providing them with training, mentorship, and access to funding opportunities.
The programme targets young Nigerians studying in Delta State-owned tertiary institutions who are passionate about innovation, business creation, and economic empowerment.

The 2026 Delta State Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme is a youth-focused intervention aimed at promoting entrepreneurship culture among students while equipping them with practical skills to transform innovative ideas into sustainable ventures. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2026 Delta State Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme, applicants must:
- Be a student of a Delta State university, including:
- University of Delta (UNIDEL)
- Delta State University (DELSU)
- Southern Delta University (SDU)
- Dennis Osadebay University (DOU)
- Be of Delta State origin
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be in 200 Level, 300 Level, or in the penultimate year of study
- Have a minimum CGPA of 2.5
- Possess an innovative and bankable business idea
