Job Description

Intern Role Summary
The Customer Success Intern will assist in supporting PiggyTech’s customers across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone. The role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about fintech products, develop problem-solving skills, and gain practical experience in customer relationship management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across all communication channels
- Acquire and apply product knowledge to support and educate customers effectively
- Escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Document customer feedback, issues, and suggestions accurately for continuous improvement
- Support customer onboarding initiatives to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer experience and retention
- Maintain an empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented approach in all customer interactions
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BA, BSC, HND)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities
- Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Previous customer service or customer success experience is an advantage but not mandatory
