Field Engineers serve as the primary link between on-site teams and customers — ensuring installations are performed correctly, equipment operates effectively, and service delivery meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside on-site crews to deploy tools and services, collaborating closely with customers and operations teams
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the field
  • Handle documentation, equipment preparation, and inventory logistics for rig and well-site activities
  • Support tender preparation, including cost estimates, data analysis, and invoicing
  • Participate in job-shadowing assignments to understand broader business operations

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, Engineering Technology, or a related field (completed within the last 36 months)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75/4.0 (or equivalent)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Legal authorization to work in Nigeria without sponsorship or restrictions
  • Strong teamwork abilities, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data, manage projects, and work effectively in fast-moving environments
