About Candidate

Johnson Akínrìnadé Okùnadé is the founder and driving force behind MorrJobs, a digital employment and HR solutions platform built to connect job seekers, skilled artisans, and employers across multiple countries. Launched in November 2025, MorrJobs has quickly grown into a multi-country talent platform serving thousands of users, including an expanding base of international and remote-first professionals who found it without being told to look. Nigeria’s unemployment rate tells a familiar story across Africa and even the World; MorrJobs was built as a direct answer to it.

The platform brings together job listings from verified feed sources, verified employers and direct posting requests, an Interview Prep Suite with more than 10,000 Q&As, CV and cover letter services, corporate training, and a live Android app, putting every tool a job seeker needs in one place. It is not built around the problem in theory. It is built around the people living it daily.

Johnson’s work sits across three registered companies. Morrebs ICT Solutions Limited, founded in 2020, is the technology backbone and brand under which his digital solutions academy work is built. MorrJobs Limited, launched in November 2025, is the consumer-facing employment platform already making noise across multiple countries. And for his cultural work, he operates Akínrìnadé Productions Limited, the vehicle behind his Yorùbá culture and promotions output.

Three companies, one founder, one clear thread: creating platforms that give people access to things that matter. On the technical side, Johnson works increasingly at the intersection of AI and automation. He builds with n8n, the Claude API, Termii, and Telegram Bot API to create intelligent messaging and workflow systems, and he shares what he learns as a tech tutor, helping others get comfortable with tools that can feel inaccessible without the right guide. Akínrìnadé Productions Limited powers his YouTube channels and personal website, johnsonokunade.com where he explores Yorùbá history, stories, and identity through ranked, narrative-driven content.

He is a Husband and father, he is also a golfer and has been a member of the Rayfield Golf Club, Jos since 2022, a pursuit that suits him: patient, deliberate, and always working on the next shot.
