Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk and reception operations
- Welcome and attend to clients, guests, and visitors professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, messages, and general inquiries
- Coordinate appointment bookings and meeting schedules
- Maintain visitor logs, office records, and front desk documentation
- Liaise with Admin and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Ensure the front office area remains organised, presentable, and functional
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as required
Requirements
- Prior experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance with a courteous and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer literacy (email, documentation, scheduling tools)
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
