1️⃣ Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Lagos (Ogba) | Type: Full-Time | Salary: ₦100,000–₦120,000/month

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns and resolutions
• Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Support performance management and development initiatives
• Lead onboarding and orientation programs
• Partner with management on HR strategy execution
• Support daily HR operations and additional HR duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years’ HR experience (fast-paced environment preferred)
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently

2️⃣ Business Data Analyst

Location: Lagos | Type: Full-Time | Salary: ₦100,000–₦200,000/month

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership
• Track sales metrics and market trends
• Collaborate with sales/operations to drive improvements
• Ensure accuracy of data and reporting systems
• Support planning and forecasting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in data or business intelligence
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau proficiency

• Excellent communication, ethics, and conflict-handling skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support organizational decisions
• Translate data into actionable insights
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years’ analytics experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
• Strong critical-thinking skills

5️⃣ Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Education, IT, HR, or related field
• Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and digital learning tools
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
