Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication via phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Create, manage, and adjust daily cleaning schedules
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues efficiently
- Handle billing, invoicing, payroll data, and vendor payments
- Support hiring, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records
- Maintain organized operational reports and administrative systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or operations
- Experience in a service-based business is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with digital tools and administrative systems
